MalenTek® will only perform and provide computer services, repairs, and upgrades as requested by the client. MalenTek® will conduct honest, reasonable, and considerate services. The goal is to provide the highest quality of service and support, but specific results cannot be guaranteed.
Computer service/repairs are provided as a service. There may be circumstances under which your computer can not be repaired. It will have to be rebuilt or upgraded. (Examples: Age of PC, repair/replacement parts obsolete (memory chips, motherboards, etc.)
The length of time required to service/repair your computer cannot be predicted.
You understand that in the process of working on your computer equipment, there is a potential for data loss. You agree that you have made the necessary backups of your data so that, in the event of such loss, the data can be restored. MalenTek® will not be responsible for data loss.
You authorize the technician(s) providing the service or repair to install anti-virus and any other necessary software on your computer to perform required services. All software will be deleted / uninstalled upon completion of the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under any circumstance.
Once you sign our estimate invoice you have agreed and accepted the work completed satisfactory and therefore no refunds may be given. Warranty if any applied to your invoice will be rendered as stated. If you are in need of Operating System upgrade you will need to provide us with the software and we will set it up for a small fee. MalenTek® Does Not sell Operating System Software. We are not responsible if the client purchases a fradulent copy of Operating Systems. Once its installed on the clients PC it becomes their full responsibility.
Introduction:
Welcome to MalenTek. Your use of the Service will be subject to the terms of this Terms of Service Agreement (TOS). The TOS may change from time to time. Use of service after a change will subject you to the new terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS DO NOT USE THE SERVICE AS VIOLATION OF THE TERMS CAN LEAD TO LEGAL LIABILITY.
Participation, Conduct: During the term of this Agreement, MalenTek grands to download materials available through the Member Services, all solely for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not transfer, assign, sub-license, lend, or re-sell the rights granted under this license. You may not link to our site if you sell ads on your site or you charge a subscription fee to use or access your site. Absolutely no framing of our site is permitted.
You may participate in any forums or messaging threads offered through the Service, but you agree not to post any material the content of which (is) is defamatory, libelous, obscene, indecent, abusive, threatening to others, or in violation of any law; or (ii) infringes the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right of any third party. You will be solely responsible for all content that you post on the Service. You agree to indemnify NWI and its officers and employees from and against all liabilities, judgments, damages, and costs (including attorney's fees) incurred by any of them, which arise out of or are related to the content that you post. Forums and messaging are intended only for the personal use of subscribers, and may not be used for commercial purposes or for organized political activity. MalenTek reserves the right to monitor content posted on the Service, and to modify or remove any messages or postings that it deems, in its sole discretion, to be abusive, defamatory, in violation of the copyright, trademark right, or other intellectual property right of any third party, or otherwise inappropriate for the Service. MalenTek also reserves the right to edit or modify any submissions in response to requests for feedback, Letters to the Editor, or other commentary. MalenTek is not obligated to take any such actions, and will not be responsible or liable for content posted by any subscriber in any forum, message board, or other area within the Service.
Permission Requests:
All requests for licensing, reprints, linking and other usage of material on MalenTek should be addressed to Subject permission. We will review your request, and provide you with an approval or rejection as soon as we have evaluated the request. We will attempt to approve or disapprove within 24 hours of each request.

THE SERVICE AND ANY EXECUTABLE PROGRAMS AND OTHER MATERIALS PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION. MalenTek DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY MATERIALS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE ARE VIRUS-FREE. IF YOU DOWNLOAD EXECUTABLE PROGRAMS FROM THE SERVICE, THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE RESULTS AND PERFORMANCE OF SUCH PROGRAMS IS ASSUMED BY YOU.

Worry Free Policy Terms: There is a 48 hour grace period for a full refund. After 48 hours we will honor service requests for the same issue only. We will only
repair the same issue free within the 7 day period. Most Replacement Orders come with a 30 day limited warranty and are to be exchanged for the same part if proven to be defective without any physical damage present. Items may be sent back to us for inspection.
